Check-in

You can check-in for your flight via two methods: online or at the airport. Please arrive at the airport in advance and read the hand luggage and baggage regulations carefully. A customer who is late for check-in or boarding is not allowed on the flight.

To save time on pre-flight formalities at the airport, online check-in on our website. Online check-in is only available for customers who have purchased the Seat selection service.

Begins:

  • 24 hours before departure

Ends:

  • 2 hours before departure — most airports
  • 2 hours 30 minutes before departure — Dalaman, Kazan, Tashkent
  • 2 hours 40 minutes before departure — Murmansk
  • 3 hours before departure — Moscow (Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo), Alanya, Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk, Nalchik, Novosibirsk, Osh, Samara, St. Petersburg, Saratov, Sochi, Stavropol (international flights), Tashkent, Ufa, Istanbul

Boarding:

  • ends 25 minutes before departure
  • ends 20 minutes before departure from Moscow (Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo) and Sochi

If you are flying with baggage and have checked in online, you need to contact the baggage check-in desk (Drop-Off) no later than the end of check-in for the flight.

After online checkin-in you must print out your boarding pass and take it with you to the airport.

You can skip printing your boarding pass and show it on your mobile device when departing from the cities:

  • Moscow (Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo), St. Petersburg, Sochi, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Kemerovo, Kirov, Krasnoyarsk, Mineralnye Vody, Nizhnekamsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Perm, Samara, Saratov, Surgut, Tyumen, Ufa , Chelyabinsk - domestic flights only
  • Alanya, Minsk, Istanbul

IMPORTANT! If you are using an electronic boarding pass, it must be shown at the entrance to the aircraft. Be sure to save your electronic boarding pass on your mobile device.

Online check-in is not available for:

  • unaccompanied children
  • customers with pets
  • customers with the "Extra seat" service
  • customers with disabilities
  • flights to/from Dubai and Abu Dhabi
