Online check-in

Save time on pre-flight formalities at the airport. Online check-in is available only for customers who have purchased the Seat selection service.

Begins:

24 hours before departure

Ends:

4 hours before departure

Boarding:

ends 25 minutes before departure
ends 20 minutes before departure from Moscow (Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo) and Sochi

Online check-in is not available for:

unaccompanied children
customers with pets
customers with the "Extra seat" service
customers with disabilities
flights from Alanya
flights to/from Dubai

After online check-in you must print out your boarding pass and take it with you to the airport.

You can not print your boarding pass and show it on your mobile device when departing from cities:

Moscow (Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo), St. Petersburg, Sochi, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Kemerovo, Kirov, Krasnoyarsk, Mineralnye Vody, Nizhnekamsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Perm, Samara, Saratov, Surgut, Tyumen, Ufa , Chelyabinsk - domestic flights only
Minsk, Istanbul

IMPORTANT! If you are using an electronic boarding pass, it must be shown at the entrance to the aircraft. Be sure to save your electronic boarding pass on your mobile device.

If you are flying with baggage and have checked in online, you must contact the baggage check-in desk (Drop-Off) no later than the end of check-in for the flight.
