If a customer with disabilities requires special conditions of transportation (assistance in moving/provision of special means of transportation), then the customer can arrange the service "Escort" for free:
- when booking a ticket on the website - at the stage of entering customer data, you can add an appropriate option to each customer. If you choose a wheelchair, you can specify what kind of escort is needed: to the ramp, to the entrance to the plane, to the seat in the cabin;

To provide the service, we recommend arriving at the reception no later than 2 hours before the end of registration.
Please note: the airline does not carry out the transportation of customers on a stretcher.
