<p>Airline tickets Pobeda airlines are non-refundable. You can refuse transportation, but the funds are non-refundable, with the exception of the return fare "Maximum".</p>

<p>By filling out this form, you confirm the cancellation of the flight and agree to <a href="https://pobeda.aero/en/information/rates-and-conditions#tarify-na-aviaperevozki">Rules for the application of tariffs</a>.</p>
<p>Please note: if the customer has not used the flight on any section (segment) of the route and has not notified the airline of the cancellation of the flight, the booking system will automatically cancel the subsequent sections (segments) of the route.</p>

<div><input id="bolezn-mobilizaciya" type="checkbox"> <label for="bolezn-mobilizaciya">Cancellation of the flight in case of illness or partial mobilization of the client</label>

<p>You can issue a forced refund and refund the money for the ticket if the customer's refusal of the flight is due to a sudden illness (death) of the customer or a member of his family or a situation of partial mobilization. To do this, you must first remove seats before the end of check-in for the flight. You can do this using the form below or for efficiency via&nbsp;<a href="/en/information/contacts">Call center</a>.</p>

<p>The partial mobilization of the client must be confirmed by the relevant documents:</p>
<ul>
<li>a draft notice (the form of the summons was approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 11.11.2006 No. 663 "On approval of the Regulations on conscription of citizens of the Russian Federation") with documents confirming the presence of a citizen on military registration;</li>
<li>mobilization order and military ID with notes on the issuance of a mobilization order;</li>
<li>documents (in free form) confirming that the military commissariat or the federal executive authority, which has a reserve, refused to leave the citizen's place of residence, with documents confirming the presence of such a citizen on military registration;</li>
<li>upon presentation of other documents, the decision on the refund of funds will be made individually based on the results of their consideration.</li>
</ul>
<p>If a citizen called up during partial mobilization has left to the place of service and cannot personally apply for a forced refund, it is possible to make a refund to a third party upon presentation of the above documents or their copies, as well as a power of attorney* to receive funds according to the customers's transportation document.</p>
<p>*In accordance with Article 53 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, powers of attorney issued by citizens can be notarized or certified by the commander (chief) of the relevant military units, formations, institutions.</p>
